Rumsfeld faces war crimes arrest in Germany

According to Reuters, Donald Rumsfeld may be subject to arrest by the German federal prosecutor's office for war crimes if he enters Germany for an international security conference next week.

The complaints were brough by the US based Center for Constitutional Rights.

Germany has universal jurisdiction in international criminal cases, due to a German law that was passed in 2002.
